HOW DO I BECOME A CUSTOMER?

Easy! You can register online and open an account up instantly. Alternatively, if you would like some more information please contact the sales centre on 0370 727 0707 and we can arrange for the business manager for your area to visit you.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order 24/7 online by logging into your account or you can call our sales centre on 0370 727 0707. We can also arrange a suitable time for the telesales team to call you each week. For next day delivery orders must be placed by 16:00 Monday-Friday & Sunday.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY WILL ARRIVE?

In order to continue our flexible 6 day a week service and being mindful of our carbon footprint, we schedule daily deliveries based on the most economical route.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER TO GET A NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Urban Foodservice has no minimum order however if you order below £175.00 (ex VAT) you may incur a £10 charge. This is to encourage customers to consolidate orders where possible to help reduce our carbon footprint.

HOW DO I PAY ?

You can pay by credit card when placing your order at which point your card will be pre-authorised. We will only charge you at the time of delivery. See more about or  Sign on Glass technology here.

IS THERE A QUICK/EASY WAY TO RE-ORDER ONLINE?

You can use your order history to create an online order form, which you will then be able to continuously add new lines to, as you wish.

WHAT PRICES WILL I PAY ?

One of our key selling points is that our pricing structure is transparent. We have a set price list which is visible for all trading customers to see once they log in to our website. 

HOW OFTEN DO THE PRICES CHANGE?

We continuously source the best quality products at very competitive prices to ensure we keep our pricing stable. Our current prices will always be visible on our website.
